Floor Grip Medic utilizes a High Solids Silane-Siloxane Penetrating Concrete Sealer
Our Paver Sealer is water-based and Department of Transportation approved Silane-Siloxane penetrating concrete sealer. Our Paver Sealer is perfect for unsealed concrete, brick, and masonry surfaces if you are looking for a sealer that will protect without changing the look or feel of the substrate.
Our Paver Sealer penetrates into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic (water repellent) barrier within the pores. The hydrophobic barrier, which can last for up to 7-10 years, will reduce the absorption of surface water by up to 95%! By reducing the absorption of water on the surface, damage and deterioration caused by water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, and pitting will also be reduced. Even after the bead goes away, you will notice that the sealed surface dries faster and looks cleaner for years.
